Our brain responds to threat by using the flight, fright or freeze response; it has been indebted in our brains since the dawn of time, to help us survive.
So why does this response get activated when there is no threat?
What is going on when that happens?
There are many reasons and scientific explanations as to why this occurs, but our goal is always to get this response to cause as little to no reaction as possible. Our further goal is to get to the root cause of why this is happening to us in the first place and be able to let go of whatever seems to have a hold of us so we can live our best lives.
