As a practitioner of Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), I often encounter clients who have spent many years in traditional therapy, focusing extensively on their issues without seeing significant progress.

Traditional therapy, while valuable, often involves a long-term commitment to exploring and discussing past issues/problems. This process typically has you discussing the issues for a very long and extended time, which can lead to little progress.


While this method can be beneficial for some, it is not always the best and most efficient way to achieve lasting change. Many clients find themselves revisiting the same issues repeatedly without ever reaching the core of the issue at hand. This can be a very frustrating experience that has limited improvement and will also cost a significant amount of time and money.


RTT Therapy:

When we constantly revisit the same issue of the past over and over, we keep our thoughts there, limiting our potential to create the life we desire. Our thoughts, feelings, and the visions we hold in our minds- these are the elements that design our future. If we spend too much time looking through the rearview mirror, we risk missing out on the opportunities and potential that lie ahead. Again, RTT can get you out of the pain of the past much faster than traditional therapy.

Again, revisiting the past over and over can actually be harmful, reinforcing negative patterns and keeping us stuck in a cycle of pain and regret. RTT therapy helps clients break free from this cycle by focusing on the present and future, by shifting their focus to where they want to go and what they want for their lives.RTT empowers you to design a future that aligns with your true desires and potential.
